Each accommodation unit has its own price list, formed according to the usual rates but adjusted for the quality of the accommodation and amenities, the distance from the sea, and the attractiveness of the view from the property.

  • The daily rental of the apartment includes the tourist tax, electricity and water consumption, bed linen, towels, cutlery and cooking utensils, and cleaning upon guest departure.
  • The use of the air conditioner is charged additionally.
  • On the day of arrival, rooms and apartments are available after 2 PM.
  • On the day of departure, rooms and apartments must be vacated by 10 AM.

  • An advance payment of 30% of the total price is required to confirm the reservation, while the rest is paid in a travel agency DM Tours on arrival at the accommodation.
